- Google LLC - Google Analytics is used to collect anonymised website usage data. Where possible, we configure Google Analytics to anonymise IP addresses. Google may process data in the United States.
- Vercel Inc - our website hosting provider. Vercel processes basic server log data (including IP addresses) as part of hosting our website.
All third-party providers are required to keep your data confidential and secure, and may only use it for the specific purposes for which it was shared.
4. International data transfers
Some of our service providers (including Mailchimp, Calendly, Google, and Vercel) are based in the United States. - Website analytics data: retained in accordance with Google Analytics default retention settings (up to 14 months for event data)
- Server logs (Vercel): retained for a short period as part of standard hosting operations
